Mediation services: how will it work:
We encourage you to contact the supplier and see if you can come to a mutual agreement.
Use our letters. If no agreement you have several choices:

A. Go to small claims court
B. File a complaint with your state's attorney general
C. Forget the whole thing and chalk it up to experience
D. File a complaint with the BBB

Mediation service:
|
1. When you request a mediation service you will fill out a form to privide us with information
2. You will pay $49 via credit card
3. We make a decision whether we believe you have a valid complaint in OUR view
4. If we decide it is not valid we tell you why and charge only $10 for our time, not the $49.
5. If we believe it is valid we will contact the vendor and try to mediate
We are not attorneys and will not dispense legal advice. We will contact the supplier to find out what that supplier is willing to give you. Then we present the offer to you. Hoipefully there will be a middle ground
